Home Medical Record Analysis Early Risk Assessment
Understand the critical facts in your case within days using our Early Risk Assessment. The assessment outlines the crucial details within the medical record in an easy-to-read format. This report highlights the relevant biographical information for the patient or resident and provides a high-level summary of the significant clinical events that occurred. An objective review of the severity of the findings is included.
Each anchor event in the record is captured separately providing an overview of all areas of potential liability. Anchor events may include falls, wounds, elopement, infections, medication errors, abuse, all significant changes in condition, and recently, positive COVID-19 test results.
For ease of review, all references in the Early Risk Assessment are linked to the page of the medical record where the information was found. A click of the mouse immediately accesses all relevant documentation.
Upon notification of an incident, request for medical records, or receipt of a claim or lawsuit you will have the high-level information needed to assess risk, determine defensibility, and create defense strategy.
This report has been used extensively in the early evaluation of COVID-19 cases, particularly in post-acute care settings, referred to as the COVID-19 Early Risk Assessment.
