Beth Wilson, JD Beth Wilson is the President of Excelas, LLC, a national provider of expert medical record analysis for audits, claims, suits, surveys, and administrative appeals. She previously managed in-house claims and litigation as Senior Counsel for one of the largest providers of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, palliative care, and assisted and independent living. Terri Lightner, BSN, JD Terri Lightner, Manager of Clinical Operations, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a Juris Doctorate. Before joining Excelas, Terri was an emergency room RN at various hospitals including the Cleveland Clinic and worked as an associate attorney at a nationally known law firm. As a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, Terri served on active duty with an Evacuation Field Hospital in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm.
