It has been an extremely challenging year for all organizations and at Excelas we faced extraordinary obstacles while navigating the uncertainty of 2020.

After initial restructuring to respond to the challenges of COVID-19, we focused on the following:

• Identifying additional technology that would empower the team to successfully and productively work from home
• Rethinking our communication strategies, meeting rhythm and structure
• Examining what employee engagement will look and feel like in the future
• Addressing the impact of being distanced on our company culture, and what we will do to stay connected, vibrant, and informed as a company
• Designing new tools, new reports, and new databases to meet the evolving needs of our clients

 

With the insight of our extraordinarily talented staff, we were able to create a new structure, new automated solutions, and a new approach to our work.  It has been our day-to-day actions, guided by our core values of Integrity, Quality, Flexibility, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation that allowed us to persevere, and once again be named as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For!
