Best and Brightest Winner 2023

The National Association for Business Resources has released their Summer 2023 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation and Excelas has been named for the seventh consecutive year.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.  Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.  The 2023 Summer National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For winners are not ranked.  The Summer Best and Brightest National winners honored 137 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,100 nominations, and also honored some of the Top 101 Highest Scoring Companies in the Nation.

Excelas continues to focus efforts to improve company cultureboost employee retention, and defeat workplace complacency.  Our remote workplace offers employee benefits like flexible working hours and no commutes.  Employees have the freedom to choose a working schedule.  Since workers are not limited to regular office hours, they can carve out routines that better suit individual work styles.  Excelas has realized higher productivity from staff and eliminated the overhead expenses of office rental costs and office equipment costs.  Plus, remote work allows human resources to pull from a wider and more diverse candidate pool.

Best and Brightest

Excelas hosts virtual networking sessions, business updates, and learning and development opportunities.  In addition, we gather quarterly to engage in a meal and an active event such as bowling, shuffle board, putt-putt, or a cultural activity.

“Those companies that made the list of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® as well as those companies that continue to make the list are truly remarkable.  Given today’s need for talent, retention of talent, and the further issues related to the pandemic, these companies have proven they are superior to market conditions.  They are elite thinkers, and this honor demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.

All 2023 companies that will be selected to be recognized nationally as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® will be featured in the online edition of Corp! Magazine and in the Wall Street Journal.
