The Smart Culture Conference & Awards takes place the evening of March 14 and celebrates businesses who have established a positive corporate culture within their organization using sustainable, cutting-edge practices. Presented by Alliance Solutions Group and hosted by Smart Business, this event will spotlight twenty leading companies in Northeast Ohio.

The Smart Culture award recognizes Excelas for fostering a culture that emphasizes a well-balanced approach to employee wellbeing that has resulted in low turnover and increased engagement. Excelas was also recently named to the NorthCoast 99 and received both a Healthy Worksite and Best and Brightest award in 2018.

In addition to being 2019 Smart Culture honoree, our President, Jean Bourgeois, has been selected to deliver a keynote address during the event. Jean will speak about her experience building a business and culture based on her vision of doing good work and having fun along the way.
